    no body can deny the fact of games are a part and parcel of life. actually, life is a game and this world is  a playground. we have to play this game exerting all our energies as the game of life is a hard nut to crack. in order to play this game well, we have to become good players. it is through games and sports only that we learn how to overcome the challenges of life.

sports and games are very essential for character training. they are indispensable for the body like food grains and fresh water. knowledge is the food of the mind and games are the food of the body. games and sports keep us active, alert and smarts and enable us to perform the arduous duties of life. that's why; it is said

the advance countries are realizing this fact and are attaching special importance to games and sports. they allocate a lot of budget for them. they consider them an essential part of education. the lesson in the classroom do not have as deep and lasting impression on the character as that is learnt in the playground. the reason is that the lesson learnt in the classroom has only theoretical importance. on the other hand, the lesson learnt in the playground has deep effect.

Domestic Violence is actually means forceful or destructive behavior within the home of a spouse or partner.
Domestic violence is very serious and major issue among other societal issues. There is really need to reduce the rate of domestic violence. If this issue would not be control soon, have to face big community and society loss. As per research of 2009 by Human Rights, it is observed that between 70 and 90 percent of women in Pakistan have suffered some form of abuse.
In Pakistan Domestic Violence (Prevention and Protection) Act passed in 2012 that is support the victims. Pakistani law not specifically recognized as crime because there is so many types of domestic violence and nobody can proves easily and find witness.
Interpretation of Domestic violence: Domestic violence globally can be interpreted as pushing, hitting, shoving, beating, abusing and sexual abuse (unwanted activity).
Although abuse can be emotional, financial and psychological but these type of abuse will not consider crime but can lead to criminal violence .So for such type of critical issues need to identify the reasons why it is happening and make some solution. First we take glance reasons of domestic violence. These Factors can be the reasons of domestic violence.
When one partner feels the need to control and dominate the other
When one  partner feels jealousy of  personality
When one  partner feels inferior in education
When one partner feels inferior socioeconomic background.
Some people have traditional beliefs may think they have the right to control their partner, and the women aren’t equal to men.
Abuser may have an undiagnosed personality disorder or psychological disorder.

Abusers can learn violent behavior from their family, people in their community and other cultural influences as they grow up.
Children who witness or are the victims of violence may learn to believe that violence is a reasonable way to resolve conflict between people.
Boys who learn that women are not to be valued or respected.
Who see violence directed against women is more likely to abuse women when they grow up.
Girls who witness domestic violence in their families of origin, they never do objection on domestic violence which have done by their own husbands.
Although women are most often the victim of domestic violence, the gender roles can and are reversed sometimes.
Alcohol and drugs may contribute to violent behavior.
 These possible causes are only to better understand for anyone why an abuser believes it is acceptable to abuse their partner physically, sexually, psychologically or emotionally. Ultimately an abuser needs to get help for their unhealthy and destructive behavior.
Because of domestic violence so many problems of spouse arises.
It can affect health of spouse.
It turns positive mind into negativity.
It results hormonal changes.
It Damage the growth, digestive system and reproductive system.
It destroy the personality of spouse and her children

We can minimize the domestic violence and can make the healthy environment for abuser and victims.
There should be awareness of women rights
Educate and empower woman
Organize Ngo’s  against domestic violence
Victim should raise the voice against violence
Do not encourage abuser for violence
Victim should report the police and send patient for mental treatment

Note: If you are the part of surroundings of victim just go and stop the abuser. If you cannot stop personally, inform police or Ngo. Domestic violence don’t let it part of tradition.
Today children are tomorrow youth when youth will mentally destroy, country will not go ahead.

A Morning walk

Early rising and walking or taking exercise are principles of ebjoying good health.if body is healthy mind will also be healthy it is rightly said A sound mind in sound body ,,Early rising and morning walk keep us fresh and active all the day long.we can work better and complete it earlier than the other.
I am also very find of morning walk it has been my routine since childhood.the day i miss it,i feel a great lack in myself.I leave my  bed in early in the morning i go to the masjid and offer fajr prayer.My friend waseem with us.Soon after saying fajr prayer,we go out for a walk.we usually go to the gardens.we cover this distance on foot.

                                                                     Many other peoples of different ages groups also come there.we enjoy the cool breeze and calm atmosphere to our fill.some people joging others remain silent.we enjoy the cool breeze and calm atmosphere to our fill.some people joging about in groups.other only walk about fast.some chat and enjoy thensleves other remain silent.we also form a group and run and frisk. we inhale the fresh air and strength our lungs.

                                                                                                                  Then we walk on the grassy plots and around the flower_beds.we pass near the flower laden branches of the tree.The fresh air and chirping of birds cast a spell over us.The flower_laden branches add more to our enjoyment.In the meantime,the school time approaches.so we return to our homes to go to school.
